Silver Alert Issued For Bridgeport Teen Missing For Two Days

The Bridgeport Police Department is asking for help in locating a 16-year-old boy who has been missing for two days.

Swayne Thompson of Bridgeport, who may be a runaway, was last seen on Tuesday, Sept. 5. A Silver Alert has been issued, said Capt. Kevin Gilleran of the Bridgeport Police.

Thompson is described as being 5-foot-8, 130 pounds with black hair and brown eyes. He was last seen wearing jeans, a lime green shirt, and red and white high-top sneakers.

Anyone with information as to the whereabouts of Swayne is asked to contact Bridgeport Police Det. David Garcia at 203-581-5233. Citizens can also utilize the Bridgeport Police Tips line at 203 576-TIPS.
